• 🇺🇦 [29 June 2024] The Ministry of Digital releases white paper on the future regulation of AI in Ukraine: The Ministry of Digital Transformation in Ukraine has created a "White Paper" to guide future AI regulation. This initiative aims to help companies prepare for upcoming AI legislation. The Ministry has opted for a "soft approach" based on a bottom-up principle. Key points include: (1) preparing companies for AI regulatory requirements; (2) developing a web portal for responsible AI tools; and (3) ensuring a safe digital environment that protects human rights from AI risks.

• 🇹🇷 [24 June 2024] Artifical Intelligence Law introduced: The Turkish Grand National Assembly has introduced the Artificial Intelligence Law (2/2234), a comprehensive legal framework governing the development and use of AI technologies. See my opinion post below.
