🌐 [18 May 2026] Anthropic to brief global financial watchdog on cyber flaws exposed by Mythos: It is reported that Anthropic has scheduled a briefing with the G20 Financial Stability Board (FSB) to discuss cyber vulnerabilities in the global financial system identified by its AI model, Mythos, following a request from Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey.
🌐 [12 May 2026] Council of Europe released revised draft guidelines on privacy and data protection in context of LLM-based systems: The Consultative Committee of the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data (Convention 108) of the Council of Europe has released revised draft guidelines on privacy and data protection for large language models (LLM)-based systems, addressing risks throughout the LLM lifecycle, including model creation, adaptation, integration, deployment, and user interaction.
